TShipping Policy
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur after the package leaves our facility.

Packaging, Discretion & Product Security
All shipments are prepared with security, stability, and discretion in mind. Orders ship in plain, unbranded boxes with no reference to product type on the exterior.
Order Tracking & Delivery Updates
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate in the carrier’s system.
